Ancient elements have been updated and refined for today’s lifestyle. The child safe edges are complemented by the rounded and fluted corners, flaring tops and base mouldings. The beautifully profiled framing on the side panels, drawers and doors complete the odyssey of the truly epic collection. The Chest, with seven dovetail construction drawers, is made with carefully selected woods and premium satin finishes that are irresistible to the touch. It features premium quality drawer glides with gracefully contoured corner posts, a routed rectangular motif at the top, thicker moldings all around and generous proportions. The chest drawers feature a hidden, bottom mount, drawer glide system with safety stops and a “dual trigger release” system to allow easy removal of the drawers while at the same time preventing “young hands” from doing this accidentally. There are also track levellers to adjust drawers and keeping them aligned throughout the life of the chest.
